We are seriously committed to deliver ready to use Human Resource – to match to the entire needs of the organisations. Our students would not necessarily need the long course of training and induction schedules. They would pass out from our University at atleast 8 to 12 months of practical experience, as we give them on site internships for atleast two months every year.

To ensure this mission, we need to orient our initiatives with that of the Industrial expectations. We seek the support of Industry and the Corporate and various fields of initiatives, so that we accomplish in delivering the human resource of better utility to them, while minimizing their costs on trainings and inductions.

Any amounts of corpus would not last too long. The mission of providing free education would sustain over a longer period if we effectively raise the recurring costs by internal sources by taking up various research projects and consultancy services. This, in addition to adding revenues to the finances of the University, would enable the students to acquire new competencies.

We strongly believe that the academic initiatives should match the needs of the Industry and Society. In this direction, we emphasise on practical education to the students on the performance needs and realities of the Corporate and the Industry. We propose that the students learn all the practical aspects of their subjects through direct involvement in the field of performance. They should also give back to the supporting Institutions, Corporate and the Industry in their best possible way.

We intend to shape our curriculum in such a way that our students would have a practical training through internships for about two months every year. We consider this also as a means for the students to give back to the society and supporters by contributing from what they learnt in their class rooms.
